What AIdrasil is

Security architecture

AIdrasil applies defence in depth: Argon2id identity with RBAC, encryption in transit and at rest, unprivileged containers, a database on a private network, external secrets, chained audit logs and encrypted backups with verified restores.

Roles and access

Client, operator, support, billing and administrator roles receive specific permissions. A company account only reaches its own data, payments, usage, notifications and tickets.

Payments and invoicing

Charges use CLP or UF according to the contract: 28 UF per month for the first seat, 25 UF for each additional seat and a one-time 8 UF implementation, all net. The flow supports Webpay Plus and Chilean bank transfers.

Support

Clients create and track tickets at soporte.devnia.cl. Every reply, priority change, assignment and resolution is tied to an authorized user and a timestamp.

Continuity

Encrypted backups, verified restores, monitoring, alerts and recovery procedures keep the service running. Code and history stay in the company's repositories, so leaving never depends on the platform.
